Done in collaboration with Nike team skater Theotis Beasley, these dunks evoke a strong "love it or hate it" response from most sneakerheads. Many believe that a different color other than purple would have worked better with the safari theme regardless of the supposed inspiration for the dunk. While not an immediate sellout, those that have copped the shoe may find that it is in fact a decent and unique addition to their collection as there's really no other shoe out there that catches the eye in quite the same way!
