SNEAKER REVIEW - SB DUNK HIGH "UN-IRON"

A newer release, these have received relatively little attention by sneaker fanatics. Some say the shoe would have been better with no blue on the sole or better suede, but all in all this is actually a decent release that should not be overlooked due to lack of hype.

Here's a picture of them on foot:

MATERIALS: The uppers are entirely short haired suede. The midsole is red with blue stitching and the outsole is blue. The included laces are grey and blue.
FEATURES: The shoe is called the Un-Iron based off an older release known as Irons that are gray with a blue swoosh and also all suede. Other than the mostly gray upper, material usage, and these being a high top, there are few similarities.
STREET VALUE: retail
MY NOTES ON ACTUALLY WEARING THESE: These are really comfortable and fit true to size. Sometimes on all suede shoes you can size down but I wouldn't recommend it for newer releases. No toebox creasing at all, and contrary to popular belief, the suede is actually decent. It's not the nicest butteriest suede you've ever felt on a shoe but it is definitely passable. That being said, these will be tough to clean when they get dirty, so avoid rain, water and dirt spots. This shoe is going to look different based on lace choice. I'd recommend going with the included blue laces or finding some red laces to use if one is wearing shorts, this will make the the blue and red hits pop since the shoe will be standing on its own as a focal point of the outfit. However, I'd go with gray laces when wearing jeans to tie your outfit together, this lace choice mellows out the feel of the shoe. This shoe is neutrally colored and could really go any time of the year. I'd sport a more red, white/gray, and blue look for the summer, and focus more on a gray outfit for the fall/winter months.
