Today I'm sporting a pair of Christian Hosoi x Vans Sk8-Hi's.  These feature a rising sun perforated into the side and a special graphic on the tongue tag.

Here we have a collaboration between Primitive (P.Rod's skate shop) and Vans in conjunction with the 20th anniversary of the Half Cab.  These feature a metallic half cab logo and a special print on the midsole.

VANS SK8-HI VAN DOREN "TEAL"

Here we have a retro design named after the Vans founder in what appears to be a "no liner" or "deconstruct" type set up.  These don't have a ton of padding but do feature a fresh design on the side and a leather interior.

VANS HALF CAB PRO "SPICE ORANGE"

Here we have a very pumpkin-like pair of Half Cabs.  These released a tad before the 20th anniversary pairs but the suede is almost as nice and the shoe is buttery overall.  These get their name from the colorway.

This evening, I'll be wearing the Vans Half Cab in the Camo colorway.  These are your basic half cabs with "good enough" materials and of course the classic shape with a little something extra regarding the camouflage pattern.

Here we have a collab between Alien Workshop and Vans Syndicate.  These released alongside some Vans Authentics.  These come packed with extras and feature special graphics on the insoles and tongue tags in addition to different branding on the lower rear of the shoe.

I always consider the California line as basic Vans models that have extra little features on them.  Like these; instead of an all grey chukka low, Vans upped the funk level a little bit and added some nice stripes on the side.  The design reminds me a bit of the Urich dunk high sb's from a few years ago.
