SNEAKER REVIEW - DUNK LOW NYX "PAVEMENT"

Initially, Finishline was the only place you could find NYX dunk lows. Eventually, they were obtainable on other websites, but I'm not sure this colorway was around by then as it was one of the first. I've stuffed my pair and added sb laces.

Here's a picture of them on foot:MATERIALS: The light gray parts of the uppers including the wing and the tongue are a super short haired suede, the kind that's so short its tough to tell what the material even is, but it's soft. The eyelets and area around the toebox are a more traditional suede, whereas the swoosh and upper heel are leather with different textures. The midsole is white with yellow stitching and a blue outsole. These came with gray and blue fat flat laces.
FEATURES: These have no special features (it's tough to say what separates a "NYX" dunk from a regular dunk) and get their name from the colorway.
STREET VALUE: retail
MY NOTES ON ACTUALLY WEARING THESE: These are pretty comfortable. This shoe has surprisingly good materials and will maintain its freshness as long as you avoid getting any water anywhere near the shoe, as stains will show up on the light gray suede and change the texture if it gets too wet. Being mostly gray, these are a good fall/winter shoe but the hints of blue and yellow help it carry over well into spring. Basically wear any combination of gray with these and it should match close to one of the shades on the shoe.
