TIMBERLAND EARTHKEEPER RUGGED "COPPER"

Here we have a deviation from the standard streetwear Timberland, which is generally in the "wheat" colorway.  The Earthkeeper series keeps the premium leather upper but swaps out the sole and insides with recycled material which is definitely a more green way to go about shoe production.  It also makes the shoe weigh significantly less than the regular 6" Timbs.  Finally, these have a newer anti-fatigue insole made for wearing the shoes all day, the perfect waterproof shoe for a rainy day without feeling like stiff bricks on the feet!
YEAR OF RELEASE:  2012
STYLE CODE:  74134
MATERIALS:  Leather uppers
COMES WITH:  Round brown laces
STREET VALUE:  $180

SNEAKER REVIEW - DUNK MID SB "WHEAT"

This is yet another dunk sb that is based off of a boot.  The Wheat Mids take after a pair of Timberlands and released in 2006.  Also known as brownpack mids, the colors are similar to a pair of lows and highs both released during the silver box era.  Personally, these are my favorite of the three, even if the collector value is relatively low.

SNEAKER REVIEW - DUNK MID SB "CHOCOLATE"

Another largely overlooked shoe, these released towards the end of 2009 to little fanfare.  They appear to be based off of a workboot and are among a class of rarely seen monochromatic Nikes.  I had to add the white laces in just to give these some pop!  I have a feeling these would have done a lot better among sneakerheads if they had made the shoe entirely out of soft suede instead of the two different grades.
