The second in a series of dunk highs that glow in the dark, this pair wasn't as well received as the initial offering because of the various shades of green and odd patterning. However, every sneakerhead should own at least one pair that has some glow element, whether it be reflective 3M or actual glow in the dark material. Produced in 2005, availability is pretty limited nowadays on a clean pair of this shoe (not to mention most collectors are likely to wear their pairs at night, guaranteeing a quick road to beater status).
Here's a picture of them on foot:MATERIALS: The uppers are all leather. They have a white midsole with green stitching and a clear green outsole. They come with white flat laces.
FEATURES: Pretty much everything except the toebox, swoosh, and sole glows in the dark.
STREET VALUE: $100-150
MY NOTES ON ACTUALLY WEARING THESE: These are as comfortable as any dunk high. The leather toebox will crease after a few wears. These can be cleaned easily, but the dirt needs to be wiped off rather than scrubbed so that the glow in the dark material isn't accidentally removed. Also, the sole will need to be cleaned after every wear to preserve its clarity. These are fairly season independent but tough to match due to the several shades of green on the shoe. When all else fails, stick to a white tee and khakis or jeans for these!
