SNEAKER REVIEW - DUNK LOW SB "LOON"

Originally conceived in 2004 by Minnesota's Nike rep, these shoes never saw mass production until 2010.  A key difference is that the print on the sample became a stitched pattern on the final released version.  There was a decent amount of hype behind this shoe, which died down a bit after they came out.  Some take the willingness of Nike to resurrect old samples for release as a sign that they are running out of ideas, but it can also mean that they are finally giving sneakerheads the shoes they want (for the most part).

MATERIALS: The black parts are suede, the white parts are stitching and the rest is leather.  These have a white midsole with matching stitching and a green outsole. They come with white and green sb laces.
FEATURES: These feature a special embroidered design pattern and colors meant to represent Minnesota's state bird.
STREET VALUE: $115
MY NOTES ON ACTUALLY WEARING THESE: The shoes are pretty comfortable. The toebox will definitely crease within a few wears but the shoe itself should be easy to keep clean seeing as the suede is black and the rest is leather.  Avoid getting the stitching dirty and clean the midsole every few wears and these should stay fresh looking for a while.  These are kind of a spring shoe with the white and green and go easily with a black top.
