PUMA SUEDE CLASSIC "MOONROCK"

Today I'm sporting another pair of Puma suedes.  If I'm going to stray from Nike, the shoes better trump the swoosh in quality.  Fortunately, this is not hard to do, as evidenced by the supremely soft short hair suede utilized on this shoe, which gets its name from the colorway.

PUMA SUEDE CLASSIC "MEDIEVAL"

I own like four pairs of Puma Suedes.  In my opinion these are a bit sleeker than the more famous Puma Clydes and I hope they stay in production for years to come.  The suede is great, the look is simple and easy to work with, and the colors are bright, especially on this pair that gets its name from the colorway.

REEBOK CLASSIC LEATHER VINTAGE "SOFT BLACK"

Here we have a pair of Reebok Classics done up in a vintage theme, sort of like Nike VNTG but without the excessive yellowing; these pairs only have a slight vintaged effect.  The materials are superb and the shoe is more of a dark blue than black in person.

PUMA SUEDE CLASSIC "STEEPLE GRAY"

Today we have a pair with some of the nicest suede you can find on a sub-$80 shoe that is made overseas.  Although not a particularly sought after model, these put the emphasis on quality over collectability and are definitely classics among the hip hop crowd.

SNEAKER REVIEW - AIR CLASSIC BW "NES"

The Classic BW first released in 1991 and has retro'd a few times over the years.  One newer colorway from 2008 is this Nintendo Entertainment System based shoe which released as part of a pack with a few different Nintendo-themed models.
