Not being a baller can put a hurting on a sneakerhead's quest to afford the most expensive and exclusive kicks, but that doesn't mean we can't get similar colorways at an affordable price.  Today I'm reviewing my Nike ID attempt at recreating the hard-to-find Pigeon SB Dunk Lows.  The aforementioned dunks have a two-toned grey approach and the only lighter grey available on ID was metallic platinum, hence the silvery look on the toebox, side panels and upper rear.  Shouts out to Emil Manlutac on facebook for the idea on naming these - the metallic look DOES give these Pigeons a robotic look!

These are named for a perceived similarity to the famous Pigeon dunk lows, but with purple hits instead of orange and white.  Thus, even though these were fairly easy to get, they quickly became a collector's item and can command over three times the original retail value for a clean pair.
