Along with the brown golfs, these shoes released as part of the golf pack in 2006. They are yet another shoe where the lace choice changes the entire look. Although not super high on many collector's lists, these shoes still go for more than retail on average.
Here's a picture of them on foot:MATERIALS: The shoe is leather all over. The midsole is white, with the same color stitching and a blue outsole. They come with dark blue and light green laces.
FEATURES: The shoe comes with removable golf flaps that velcro to the back of the tongue. There are also only six laceholes instead of seven on these dunks. In addition, there are perforations in a pattern around the edges of the brown areas of the shoe. Finally, there is an argyle pattern on the upper heel where the word NIKE normally would appear.
STREET VALUE: 100-150
MY NOTES ON ACTUALLY WEARING THESE: These feel slightly stiffer than the brown golfs to me, but not by much, and are very comfortable shoes. I would not rock the shoe with the golf flaps on. The toebox creases easily as does the rest of the shoe. Since the shoe is all leather, it is fairly easy to clean. These are a spring/summer shoe; the light colored lace choices included make it a little easier to wear with a crazier outfit. Swap in the dark blue laces to give these a more clean look and help pull them off in fall or winter, or when wearing in a business casual type setting.
