SNEAKER REVIEW - KOBE V "USA"

There are a couple of similar looking Kobe V with red/white/blue colorways; this is the general release. There is also a pair with less blue and more white; the United We Rise Kobe V. This model in general is a very slick shoe that is good for quick basketball players and stylish collectors alike, and is definitely a bit sleeker than the previous model.
Here's a picture of them on foot:
MATERIALS: The uppers are all kind of strange materials; the toebox and panel around the swoosh appear to be either really slick leather or patent leather while the tip of the toe and dark blue areas are kind of a shiny membrane that surrounds the flywire material. The midsole is white and blue with a red/white/blue sole. These come blue laces.
FEATURES: Other than the patriotic colorway there's not much to say about any special features or extras for this shoe.
STREET VALUE: retail
MY NOTES ON ACTUALLY WEARING THESE: These are extremely comfortable and fit snugly on the foot. They will probably eventually crease, but as long as the shoes aren't scuffed, these should clean up easily with a quick wipedown after they are worn. These are kind of a summer shoe with enough darker elements to wear in the wintertime as well. I could envision these being worn on the 4th of July or with an icey white outfit in January.
