SNEAKER REVIEW - JORDAN SPIZ'IKE "AJXX"

Yet another Spiz'ike that released in 2010 as part of the Fresh since '85 series that honors the different shoes serving as the basis of the mash-up model.  This version has the colorway, materials and designs around the heel and toebox that resemble the Stealth Air Jordan XX.

MATERIALS: The uppers are all patent leather except the print above the midsole which is leather and suede and the gray portion in the back which is nubuck/suede. They have a black and gray midsole and gray and red sole. The lacelock is black with a red jumpman and clear housing.  These come with black laces.
FEATURES: In terms of this particular series, the features are the special "MIKE" and "MARS" lacelocks, a special print on the interior lining, special paper and a retro card.
STREET VALUE: retail
MY NOTES ON ACTUALLY WEARING THESE: These are pretty comfortable. The shoes will definitely crease and can scuff easily, so while the shoe may be more rain proof than most, you still want to watch out for people stepping on your kicks.  The midsole will eventually chip but there's little that can be done to prevent or reverse this.  These are pretty much a winter shoe being all black and go well with dark jeans and a black tee.
