A LOOK BACK - DUNK LOW SB "OOMPA LOOMPA"

These are so dope.  If you look at this shoe just by itself, it just screams "70s"!  Seeing as it is based off of a movie produced during that era, it totally makes sense.  Check out some new pics below (click to enlarge) and my original review here.

SNEAKER REVIEW - DUNK MID SB "CHOCOLATE"

Another largely overlooked shoe, these released towards the end of 2009 to little fanfare.  They appear to be based off of a workboot and are among a class of rarely seen monochromatic Nikes.  I had to add the white laces in just to give these some pop!  I have a feeling these would have done a lot better among sneakerheads if they had made the shoe entirely out of soft suede instead of the two different grades.

SNEAKER REVIEW - DUNK LOW SB "OOMPA LOOMPA"

Although there has been no official confirmation as far as I know, the colorway for this pair is said to be based off of the orange-skinned, green-haired, brown-and-white-outfit-wearing workers in the movie "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" known as the Oompa Loompas (from Loompaland).  These are difficult to keep clean due to the white parts of the shoe. I believe these parts to be painted over a darker color, and thus too rough of cleaning (or any scuffs) may leave a mark that is a tad on the permanent side, so be warned.
