SNEAKER REVIEW - DUNK HIGH SB "SHOE GOO"

Here we have another mostly white and red high top dunk sb, but with a bit of a twist.  Shoe Goo is a glue used to repair shoes, and this pair represents a once-beaten and repaired pair of kicks!  Some say that these are supposed to pay homage to a busted pair of red supreme highs, as they come with three lace choices and are a red high top with a stuffed tongue.  They released as a quickstrike in 2008 to a moderate amount of fanfare and still command more than retail today.
MATERIALS: The uppers are all cracked leather except the blue-looking areas of the shoe which are a kind of plasticky canvas type material.  These sport a translucent yellow midsole with yellow stitching and a red outsole.  They come with flat black, flat yellow and two-toned red/white oval laces (which are a bit flatter than regular sb laces).
FEATURES: Duct tape was scanned and printed on the bluish areas of the shoe, while the rest of the materials sport a cracked look.  The midsole is meant to look like the glue itself, while the tongue sports a drip design similar to a tube of Shoe Goo.  The semi-oval laces also are two toned and when laced correctly appear to alternate between red and white.
STREET VALUE: $150ish
MY NOTES ON ACTUALLY WEARING THESE: These are very comfortable.  They will crease a bit and might get a tad dirty on the white parts, but since the shoe comes worn looking already, it almost adds to the character of the shoe.  My one main gripe is that none of the included laces are long enough to lace the shoe to where I like it to be.
