SNEAKER REVIEW - JORDAN SPIZ'IKE "COOL GRAY"

This 2008 version of Spiz'ike utilizes a tonal gray approach and released around the same time as the more lively colored Nelly Spiz'ikes.  They were spotted on Michael Jordan's feet a few months before they dropped and seemed to get a fairly good reception upon release.  These are in my opinion one of the cleanest and thus easiest to wear colorways of this model.
MATERIALS: The light gray uppers are leather, while the darker gray parts are suede/nubuck.  They have a white and black midsole and a clear outsole.  The lacelocks are white with a black jumpman and clear housing.  They come with white laces.
FEATURES: These are featureless for Spiz'ikes and get their name from the gray colorway.
STREET VALUE: retail
MY NOTES ON ACTUALLY WEARING THESE: These are pretty comfortable. These might crease eventually, and the gray suede is a dirt magnet.  In addition, the soles appear to have yellowed at an accelerated rate after only a few wears.  Still, they continue to look great on foot, so don't let the possibility of a discolored sole turn you off from grabbing a pair of these!

Thanks for reading this review! Don't forget to check out some of my older articles as well as my personal shoe sale website (consisting of sneakers from my collection, many of which I've reviewed) at www.kickitfresh.com (sizes 9.5-10.5).
