AIR JORDAN XI "COOL GREY"
This is the first release of this non-OG colorway. The shoes were highly sought after upon release and remain so to this day. One main difference between these and other XI colorways is the nubuck upper (as opposed to thick mesh).

STYLE CODE: 136046 011
MATERIALS: The uppers are nubuck and patent leather.
COMES WITH: These come white rope laces.
STREET VALUE: $250-400. I got my pair from Gusto on ISS!

ZOOM KD IV "COOL GREY"
Most popular basketball shoes get a cool grey colorway. For the KD IV, Nike opted to spice up the kicks with some yellow accents. These are a general release and thus not highly sought after by collectors. Still, they are a very unique presentation of the "cool grey" theme.
YEAR OF RELEASE: 2012
STYLE CODE: 473679 007
MATERIALS: The uppers are a mix of shiny leather and mesh/hyperfuse material.
COMES WITH: These come with flat grey laces.
STREET VALUE: retail

LEBRON 9 "COOL GRAY"
Every year, Nike Basketball releases a gray/white colored shoe in nearly all of its signature lines. Some might have dismissed this release as a boring colorway, but the bits of 3M really help the shoe stand out! At the least, these make great beaters for any fan of Lebron's sneakers!
AIR JORDAN XI "COOL GRAY"
Air Jordan XI's have been dropping every December for a couple of years now; here we have the pair from 2010. This colorway originally released to great fanfare in 2001, and this retro had a ton of hype behind it as well. As is typical of XI's, these are extremely comfortable.

MATERIALS: The uppers are nubuck and patent leather.
COMES WITH: These come with white round laces, a special drawer-style pull out box, and special plastic shoe trees.

ORDAN CMFT 11 VIZ AIR "CARBON FIBER"
I mentioned this sneaker in another review I did of the OTHER "cool gray" colorway of this shoe. Here we have a version that released just a tad later with some different materials on the upper. These are very comfortable and fit true to size. This shoe is very
successful at combining some good elements of the AJXI and AM1 and
creating something that's actually wearable and looks decent.

MATERIALS: Mesh and carbon fiber uppers with 3M on the upper rear.

SNEAKER REVIEW - JORDAN SPIZ'IKE "COOL GRAY"
This 2008 version of Spiz'ike utilizes a tonal gray approach and released around the same time as the more lively colored Nelly Spiz'ikes. They were spotted on Michael Jordan's feet a few months before they dropped and seemed to get a fairly good reception upon release. These are in my opinion one of the cleanest and thus easiest to wear colorways of this model.
A LOOK BACK - JORDAN CMFT VIS AIR 11 "3M"
These are quickly becoming some of my favorite kicks! I reviewed them almost as soon as I got them, and I couldn't wait to bring them back out! I'm going to stress any sneakerheads reading this to not pass these up strictly because they are technically a fusion. The CMFT XI model is easily my pick of the CMFT line and very comfortable as the name would suggest. Check out the pics below and my original review here. Also, don't forget to check out my other site if you haven't, I've recently put up a bunch of nice kicks for sale (some I've reviewed here already) and will have around 13 more up by the weekend.
LEBRON 8 V2 "COOL GRAY"
The V2 is an evolution of the Lebron 8 that weighs less and has more breathability, supposedly to help further improve Lebron's game during the second half of the 2010-11 season. While the 8 is fairly successful, the V2 takes it to another level, with most of the colorways being sought after, and half of those being limited as well. This particular pair is named after the colorway.
SNEAKER REVIEW - JORDAN CMFT 11 VIZ AIR "3M"
There are a couple of VIZ models that share the "cool gray" moniker, but they are fairly different shoes in that one has a carbon fiber upper, and this pair has 3M. Either pair is fresh, but I opted with this lighter colored pair for the upcoming sunnier times of the year. I would only get a pair in this model if I really liked it, as the fact that its a fusion pretty much dooms it to being non-heat among collectors. Too bad, because these are really fresh on foot and very comfortable.
