These were done in collaboration with Skate Park of Tampa, designed by Todd Bratrud, and are inspired by Ybor City and its various cigar factories. A limited release occurred first (with some extras, of course), followed by a more widespread release, although these are still considered a quickstrike.

SNEAKER REVIEW - DUNK LOW SB "ASPARAGUS"
Considered interesting by some, hideous by others, there's no doubt that this dunk low sb is a bit polarizing. This is supposedly another design from frequent Nike collaborator Todd Bratrud and are apparently based off of the Ratfink character, which was originally a take off on Mickey Mouse as it applied to the hot rod culture of the 1950s and 60s. The character has appeared on many skate decks and bicycles since its conception. These are named after the colorway, and feature a speckle pattern on the
mid-rear of the shoe and a special graphic on the insole.
SNEAKER REVIEW - DUNK HIGH SB "BRAIN WRECK"
As far as I know, this is the fifth shoe skate artist Todd Bratrud has done with Nike. The shoe released last year as a collab with Familia Skateshop along with a bunch of apparel. These were highly sought after before they dropped (one of those cases where when they finally came out they were a lot different than the samples that had been previewed), however a little while after the release the hype seemed to settle down. Still not a very common shoe to see around town, that's for sure!
SNEAKER REVIEW - DUNK HIGH SB "SEND HELP"
The first of now five shoe collaborations with Nike SB, this pair was designed by artist Todd Bratrud. The colorway is based off of the logo for Consolidated Skateboards of Santa Cruz, of which he was at one time the art director. Consolidated as a brand has never been a fan of Nike, going as far as to print "Don't Do It" stickers and releasing the "BS Drunks", mocking the SB Dunks. Todd has stated that he had left Consolidated over some "Nike drama", and I'd have to imagine that his support of the big "N" using the Consolidated colorway probably had something to do with it. These feature a special print on the insole of a skeleton with the words
"SEND HELP" below it; the shoes get their nickname from this part of
the shoe.
SNEAKER REVIEW - DUNK HIGH SB "MR TODD"
One of the few Nike SB collaborations with Todd Bratrud, skate-related artist. The most famous of these would be his first, the Send Help dunk high sb, and I believe this is his second (of five total so far). The inspiration has been said to be a woman wearing jean shorts, although I'm not sure if that is a direct quote from Mr. Bratrud.
