SNEAKER REVIEW - DUNK HIGH SB "SEND HELP"

The first of now five shoe collaborations with Nike SB, this pair was designed by artist Todd Bratrud. The colorway is based off of the logo for Consolidated Skateboards of Santa Cruz, of which he was at one time the art director. Consolidated as a brand has never been a fan of Nike, going as far as to print "Don't Do It" stickers and releasing the "BS Drunks", mocking the SB Dunks. Todd has stated that he had left Consolidated over some "Nike drama", and I'd have to imagine that his support of the big "N" using the Consolidated colorway probably had something to do with it.  These feature a special print on the insole of a skeleton with the words "SEND HELP" below it; the shoes get their nickname from this part of the shoe.
